Dressing Balls
7-8 Servings
1 (11 oz bag) unseasoned dried bread croutons - about 10 cups
3 eggs
2-1/4 cups milk
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup celery
1/4 cup onion
1. Empty croutons into large bowl
2. Measure the rest of the ingredients and place in blender. Blend well.
3. Pour over bread cubes and let soak for 10 minutes.
4. Shape into 15 balls
5. Place in a butter greased 8 x 12 dish and bake at 350 for about 18-20 minutes
